The top may look familiar since I wore it to my date party last semester. This outfit has been my go-to for at least two other occasions.
During the Friday of spring break (and St. Patrick’s Day), my friend and I went to Magnolia in Waco, Texas. I’ve always wanted to go so I jumped at the opportunity when asked. I love Chip and Joanna so much and they seem incredibly sweet.
It was super crowded. There were street vendors everywhere to kick off spring and they had cute stationary, clothes, flowers, etc.
We took some pics on the swing then decided to wait in line for the bakery over the market since we love baked goods.
When we got into line, the employee gave us a card so we could check off what we wanted to buy. It was about an hour wait but it didn’t seem that long at all because of the gorgeous weather. I wouldn’t be able to do this in the summer bc heat… Joanna’s mom walked by us and we realized that she looked familiar after she disappeared.
The bakery was the cutest thing ever. I thought I’d share with yall what I got from the bakery and what I thought of them. Mostly everything had cream cheese frosting on it and it was SO GOOOOD.
Red Velvet cupcake – I like anything red velvet to be honest.
Carrot Cake – probably my favorite thing on the whole menu honestly.
Lemon Lavender – this wasn’t my favorite because it tasted like ginger.
WHAT I LIKED BUT WOULDN’T GET AGAIN:
Peanut butter cookie
Coconut cupcake – I’m not the biggest fan of coconut but I decided to get it for my dad. It was good in a subtle way.
I hope this is helpful if you plan to go to Magnolia and I hope yall have a great week!
